1 TRUTH BRINGS CONFRONTATION! on Sun May 20, 2018 5:32 pm

When we come to Christ we are coming to the Revelator of eternal truth. The bible teaches us that those who worship God; can only worship him in Spirit and Truth. When we walk in the Spirit we can discern truths which are able to transform our lives and give us God’s perspective concerning the issues of life. The Faith Perspective doesn’t agree with the faithless perspective of the world and therefore friction is the result when these contrasting perspectives collide. What does the bible say about our conflict with the world’s mindsets?

Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 5:10)

Brethren we are in a world which is inundated with pride which is a subjective sense of inordinate superiority. Those who are prideful are prone to painfully dividing disputations which belittle those around them. There are religious spirits which are vain-fully pompous and philosophies which puff up adherents with worldly knowledge that contradicts all that is good and godly.

In a private session with the Apostles; Jesus told them I have given you the keys to the Kingdom. Those keys were the principles, precepts, and protocols which undergirded them for successful proliferation of the message of the gospel; to make disciples and a new law of liberty to live life filled with the Holy Spirit. James reminds us of the right way to receive and disperse divine knowledge and live by divine principles.

(13) Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.
(14) But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth.
(15) This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.
(16) For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.
(17) But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
(18) And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace. James 3:13-18

Note; that the wisdom that God pours into his people is pure, peaceable, gentle, approachable, merciful, fruitful, without partiality and hypocrisy. Brethren we live in a hostile environment which provokes and antagonizes people of faith. Our faith exposes the nakedness of sin because truth exposes the lying deceptions, false religions, and contradictory concepts of the fallen nature of mankind. The only hope we have is in Christ and his transforming truths which bring us the fullness of joy; yet at the same time confrontations by the unbelieving. Brethren:

Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. (Galatians 5:1)

Brethren let us keep a tight grip with the unchanging hand of Christ our Lord; and let us walk in the Spirit and not the flesh fulfilling its contrary dictates! We are called and empowered to be more than conquers and when conflict arises and they will; be quick to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger and in doing so God will fill your mouth with wisdom and your heart with patience. Love conquers and Truth is its sword and Faith is its Shield! Selah

Shalom, Agape, & Amen!
D.R. Ritchie (Emissary of God)
