1 INACTION IS NOT AN OPTION on Tue Aug 01, 2017 3:33 pm

Brethren; beloved of the Lord, I beseech you by the mercies of God to walk in the faith; this new and living way found through our High Priest Jesus Messiah. Years ago I heard the phrase “faith is a fact but faith is an act”. Brethren; beloved of the Lord I draw your attention to our common faith in the New Covenant to walk by that same faith and acting as you believe the promises which are better than the previous covenant which was under the Law and the Prophets.

(20) By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;
(21) And having an high priest over the house of God;
(22) Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.
(23) Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
(24) And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
(25) Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. Hebrews 10:20-25 KJV

INACTION IS NOT AN OPTION: The coming of the Lord is nigh even at the gate; I therefore exhort you in the Spirit; inaction is not an option! We are called to conquer; not as the world conquers; for we wrestle not against flesh and blood, our warfare is spiritual; it’s time to armor up and ready up to get down with the warfare against our common foes of the faith. We have a High Priest over the House of God; we are one body, with one faith, and one baptism: The Household of God.

Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow-citizens with the saints, and of the household of God; (Ephesians 2:19 KJV)

God is not looking for our leftovers; he wants our first-fruits! The mindset of too many is that what is left over is given to God as something worthy of his blessings, “seek ye first” also includes give ye first of your time, talents, and treasures. Leftover time to pray is not an offering of perseverance, leftover praise and worship with the utilization of our talents is not an authentic offering of love, and leftover treasures are not the love of giving back; God loves a cheerful giver! But let us realize that INACTION IS NOT AN OPTION

Brethren, beloved of the Lord; faith is a fact but faith is an act of our will obeying his will walking in total trust. We are called to reach out, reach in then pull out and pull up those who are in need of salvation, healing, and deliverance. INACTION IS NOT AN OPTION

(9) And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
(10) As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith. Galatians 6:9-10 KJV

How many opportunities a day come into our lives where we can do good, and also minister the love of Christ? How many opportunities present themselves where we are able to sow into the Spirit and reap eternal reward but will not lift a hand of help when it is in our hand to do it; but refuse the unction of the Spirit to act out in compassion? Brethren, beloved of the Lord; how many time have those in the Household of Faith been in dire straits and we felt the tug of the Spirit provoking us to help meet the need and we refused it. Faith is Fact but Faith is an Act.

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. (Ephesians 2:10 KJV)

Purpose has action and action has purpose; we are purposed to do good works; faith is an objective it has a goal, aim, and directive; it has intention with a strategy and operation. Faith is not inactive but to the contrary proactive. Brethren we are seeing literally the collapse of morality in the societies of the world, our faith objective is to formulate a strategy personal prayer and corporate prayer, then act accordingly through the knowledge, unction, and faith to win the lost and refresh the body with the only message that matters for time and eternity. INACTION IS NOT AN OPTION. Selah

Shalom, Agape, & Amen!
D.R. Ritchie (Ray Faith Walker)
