1 The Lord Is Near! Ray Ritchie! on Sat Oct 15, 2016 10:28 am

As we walk through the lonesome valleys and travail the narrow paths; the Lord our God is nigh us to lead us along the way. But during days when sorrow arises in the road and misery tries to take us as we onward go. It seems he is so distant and will not hear our pleas, though we spout great billows while humbled on our knees and when our tears fall like rivers from quivers in our soul. Let me comfort and assure you at any time day or night, the Lord will always hear you to help you in the fight.

Our God a Lord of promise who always keeps his word, if a prayer lifted toward heaven will always be heard. Though answers they may vary depending on his will, in our prayers daily we should keep our zeal.

(15) The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.
(16) The face of the LORD is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.
(17) The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.
(18) The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.
(19) Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all. Psalms 34:15-19 KJV

Brethren there are those whom will try to tell you that if you’re going through some kind of trial, that its because you don’t have faith. Brethren it takes more faith to go through the battles of life trusting and believing God to lead you to the other side than to simply deny the problem exist. One cannot defeat what they will not acknowledge, one cannot defeat what they do not rely upon God to take them through. This is why we are prompted to have faith in God. Jesus is not just our Savior though; He is Lord. As Lord there is nothing he will lead us too, that he cannot lead us through. Brethren, trust the Lord with all your life, not just when its going bad, but especially when it is going good. Selah

Shalom, Agape, & Amen!
D.R. Ritchie (Servant)
